Service Pricing

All service prices are listed on our Pricing Page and are quoted in Japanese Yen (JPY). Prices include:

  • Photography or videography session time
  • Professional editing and post-production
  • Digital delivery via secure online platform
  • Pre-session consultation and planning support

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods through our secure payment processor, Stripe:

  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB)
  • Debit Card
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

Payment Terms

Full payment (100% of total session fee) is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Additional Fees

The following additional fees may apply depending on your specific requirements:

  • Transportation: Travel expenses for locations outside our standard service area (Mt. Fuji, Lake Kawaguchiko, Yamanashi, Tokyo)
  • Accommodation: Overnight stays required for early morning or multi-day sessions
  • Rush Delivery: Expedited editing and delivery (additional fees apply for 1-3 day turnaround)
  • Extended Session Time: Additional hours beyond the booked package
  • Additional Deliverables: Extra edited photos/videos, prints, albums, or physical products

All additional fees will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before your session date.

Service Delivery & Timeline

Delivery Method
All final edited photos and videos are delivered digitally via Google Drive. You will receive a secure download link via email.
Standard Turnaround
5–14 business days from the date of your session. Rush delivery available upon request for an additional fee.
File Storage
Your files remain accessible on Google Drive for 30 days from delivery. We recommend downloading and backing up your files promptly.
File Format
High-resolution JPG for photos. MP4 (H.264) for videos. Custom formats available upon request.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellation

  • 30+ days before session: Full refund minus deposit
  • 15–29 days before session: 50% refund of total payment
  • 7–14 days before session: 25% refund of total payment
  • Less than 7 days before session: No refund

Photographer-Initiated Cancellation

In the rare event we must cancel due to emergency, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Weather-Related Cancellations

If weather conditions make it unsafe or impossible to conduct your session (heavy rain, typhoon, extreme conditions), we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used at booking.

Image Rights & Usage

You retain full personal rights to all delivered images and videos. JCG Media Group retains the right to use selected images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

  • Arrive on time for your scheduled session
  • Provide accurate contact information and session details
  • Notify us immediately of any changes to your booking
  • Respect location rules, permits, and guidelines

Limitation of Liability

JCG Media Group is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Privacy & Data Protection

We comply with Japan's Personal Information Protection Act. Your personal information is used solely for service delivery and communication. We do not share your information with third parties without consent.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services shall be governed by the laws of Japan. We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing legal action.
