Thank you for choosing Mount Fuji Photographer. We understand that travel plans and weather can sometimes change unexpectedly. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business.
All sessions require 100% payment upfront to confirm and secure your booking date and time. Your booking is considered confirmed once full payment has been received.
If you cancel your booking 48 hours or more before your scheduled session, you will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.
This policy applies because your reserved time has been exclusively set aside, and it is often not possible to accept another booking at short notice.
If you cancel on the day of your session or fail to arrive without prior notice, your booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
We understand that unexpected situations may arise.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session and are subject to photographer availability.
If a suitable alternative date is available, we will gladly transfer your booking at no additional charge.
Requests made less than 48 hours before the session may not be accommodated.
Mt. Fuji's weather changes quickly and mountain visibility cannot be guaranteed.
Clouds, fog, rain, or snow are natural weather conditions beyond our control.
If the weather forecast suggests poor conditions before your session, we are happy to discuss whether to proceed or reschedule your booking, subject to photographer availability.
Many beautiful photographs can still be created even when Mt. Fuji is partially or completely hidden by clouds, and some clients prefer to continue with their session.
The final decision to proceed or request a weather-related reschedule will be made together based on the forecast and available dates.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide the photography service due to illness, emergency, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, you may choose either:
Neither party shall be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, earthquakes, typhoons, government restrictions, road closures, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen emergencies.
Where possible, we will work together to find a suitable alternative date.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
The earlier you notify us, the more options we may have to accommodate your request.
